This report describes plans for an impact study of four programs funded through the Personal Responsibility Education Program (PREP). The study, which is using a rigorous random assignment research design to assess the effects of these four PREP-funded programs, is sponsored by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families, and is being conducted by Mathematica Policy Research. This report describes the four programs being evaluated and the plans for the four site-specific evaluations.
